This hotel is a little gem situated in a lovely quiet area, making it the ideal base for visiting top attractions. The staff are super nice and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the basic amenities, including tea/coffee facilities. We had a room with a double opening window, offering an excellent view of the London Eye. The breakfast served had a good selection for all tastes.

The quality of the breakfast could be improved further.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. Located in perfect walking distance to the Tate Britain museum and close to several other London landmarks. The hotel is also conveniently situated not far from the city center. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with comfortable twin beds and clean bathrooms stocked with nice "Dove" products. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and promptly addressing any issues. The hotel offers a decent WiFi connection and complimentary breakfast.

The TV signal in some rooms is weak and tends to be affected by weather conditions.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room, although small, was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was varied and plentiful, satisfying our hunger before exploring the city. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Pimlico underground station, making it convenient for exploring all that London has to offer. The staff, especially Josh at reception and Niko who prepared our room, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. we would highly recommend this hotel for a city trip.

Comfortable bed, tea facilities, and free internet provided. Business facilities available by the well-stocked bar. Easy access to Victoria Coach/tube station and Pimlico station. Wheelchair access managed, with a fan provided in the non-air-conditioned room. Convenient for buses, trains, and taxis.

No AC in the room which could be problematic in summer. the lift was very slow.
